Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Maximum adult weight is 35 lbs and under.
There is a $300 non refundable pet fee for the first pet and $100 for the second pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
